Ken Glass was excellent to work with! Very friendly and helpful. He was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the process and the purchase. It didn’t feel intimidating a helpful. He was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the process and the purchase. It didn’t feel intimidating at all with his personable, friendly demeanor. The dealership was about an hour away for us and he volunteered to drive me home and back in order to obtain co-signer signatures. He even offered refreshments during the long wait times as paperwork was getting processed. He truly did everything to ensure that I got a great deal with everything that I wanted. Ken really understands his customers and knows how to treat them well. Great experience! :) More
