We've bought 2 cars from Heritage. For over a month, my wife was getting texts and phone calls from Joe Perry, telling her she could trade in our 2017 Pacifica for a new one. So I decided to jump in and se wife was getting texts and phone calls from Joe Perry, telling her she could trade in our 2017 Pacifica for a new one. So I decided to jump in and secretly start communication with Joe to see if I could surprise my wife for Christmas. I emailed Joe several times and left a few voice messages, Finally I had to call the dealership and leave a message saying, "Tell Joe I certainly don't have to work with a dealership an 1 1/2 hours away but you contacted us." Of course that prompted a call back and Joe proceeded to start explaining the challenges of getting something done. I interrupted him and told him to stop and said this news would have been relevant 2 days ago. Hey Joe, not every deal is an easy cookie-cutter. You bombarded us; we didn't come to you. Heritage has lost a repeat customer. More
