They registered my car without having any insurance for the state it was registered in. They had troubles getting the car registered in the state we asked for it to be registered which is Massachusetts. Th the state it was registered in. They had troubles getting the car registered in the state we asked for it to be registered which is Massachusetts. They went ahead and registered our vehicle here in Maryland and got us Maryland tags using a address we don’t live at and never gave them that address to use. They did it on their own without our consent. Then told us we have to go do all the work to fix it. Now we have a car registered in Maryland but has Massachusetts insurance. Which I’m sure is illegal. Hope the right person sees this and can help me. More

Don't start dialogue with this dealership because they will never leave you alone. I get no less than 3 emails per day from Heritage Owings Mills. I mark them as SPAM and the next day they come in from will never leave you alone. I get no less than 3 emails per day from Heritage Owings Mills. I mark them as SPAM and the next day they come in from a different email...its a repetitive cycle, keep marking as SPAM and they keep sending from another address. I have unsubscribed and I have talked to Bo Lee and Trey Waller and asked both to remove me...yet none have. Take caution with this dealership...they will never leave you alone even if asked to do so, More
