Knowing how time consuming maintenance usually takes, Scott set specific goals for the work that needed to be done. He kept in constant contact with me every step of the way. I believe he could sense the anxiety in my voice and made me feel confident and secure that my vehicle issue would be resolved. He had a goal to have my vehicle ready and waiting by 5:30pm the same day I dropped it off. His final communication to me was that he had exceeded his goal in having my vehicle ready by 5pm. I was so excited and thankful. Its a holiday weekend and I no longer have to be stressed about my vehicle repairs. My car is running smooth and I am home before 6pm.
