After much research my husband and I decided we wanted a Wagoneer. We knew which series, color, and options we wanted and I reached out to Joe Perry after reading great reviews about him. When the car we wanted was already sold, Joe found us a similar version (Series 2) and made us a deal that we felt was fair for virtually the same car. He understood what we wanted and refused to quit until he found us a car that we could take home that week. With the shortages we couldn’t be happier. True to the reviews that made us seek him out, Joe was honest, fair, and far more responsive than nearly all of the other sales people I worked with in trying to secure the car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Also worth a shout out was Sarah (who assisted Joe during our sale), Ebenezer in finance and the Finance director (Tony) who were extremely patient as we pro/conned our options real time. Overall we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, the car, and the dealership that we worked with to purchase our ‘22 Wagoneer! Thank you, Heritage! More

I wasn't going to do this BUT we were VERY disappointed in this dealership or should I say the GM. ( Scott Feinstein). He quoted us a best and final on Sat as our sales man was tied up, and we decided we w in this dealership or should I say the GM. ( Scott Feinstein). He quoted us a best and final on Sat as our sales man was tied up, and we decided we would take the truck later that evening after he called and left a VM. I emailed our sales guy and told him that. We wanted to pay CASH, and they required a credit check which we did not want due to having good credit scores and that pulls it down. We offered a certified check, but the banks were closed Monday so we could not get it then, and they wanted to do the deal Monday as we were told they don't "hold" trucks which I understood. At that point they were offered a Corp. check and we provided a snapshot from our bank act showing the funds were available. That wasn't good enough! I then emailed our salesman stating that they were making it VERY difficult to do a cash deal. We then got a call back Monday from The GM ( above ) and in a VERY CONDESENDING way stated he was not interested in selling the truck to us at that point. All he was worried about was a us giving them a negative survey ( which I don't do anyway). The ONLY reason I am posting here and other sites is he told me ( and others heard in the car as he was on speaker phone) that he would sell it to their competitor and we could buy from them. We contacted their Harrisburg Pa showroom as that was closer than Belair, MD and Harrisburg at first said they could transfer there and sell. We provided all the info that was sent to the OM facility. We Just rcd. a call from Harrisburg (GM ) stating that the Owings Mills showroom won't release the vehicle to them as they have too much activity on it! The GM ( Scott Feinstein ) not only LIED to us BUT apparently reneged on his deal as he felt he could make more money elsewhere. I would NEVER deal with this dealership again and being he has done this WILL not give anyone a referral. We are willing to wait on a vehicle and will take our business to those that are worthy of it! So let those that are greedy have at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owning and operating two business's in Pa I have learnt that you ALWAYS make it right with a customer to prevent things like this from happening. This is something Mr. Feinstein needs to learn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
