Terrible Experience would never purchase from Freedom Dodge Purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango, would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Vehicle had a small scratch when I purchased it and they told me they Purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango, would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Vehicle had a small scratch when I purchased it and they told me they would fix it. That was the start of this nightmare! Took it in had scratch fixed and there ended up being fish eyes in the paint and clear coat over spray all over my door handles and the 3M sticky piece they had to put on which they told me they ordered and it would be done so I waited never heard from them so I called O we put the piece on and it didn't look good, actually find out later on they never ordered it so they lied to me the whole entire time, service manager wouldn't even return my calls 3 times. Finally got it taken care of and had them repaint it and get all the clear coat out of my door handles. Recently took truck in because my floor was soaked, come to find out my AC tube was draining on my floor instead of out of my vehicle, while in the process of them fixing that they broke my console and didn't say anything (which it was totally visible that they broke it), so when I picked it up I noticed the console was broke and my floor was still soaking wet because they didn't even bother to get the water out of the floor which at this point smells like dirty dishrags, and along with the console they pulled apart they scratched my back passenger door. I have never in my life had such piss poor service in my life. I asked for my 8000 mile service which I was under the impression was included in my vehicle purchase, but it wasn't. When I dropped it off I told them my tires were cupping/wearing on the front so I wanted them rotated, they called to say it was done and I asked if they rotated my tires and was told by the service guy Matt that they didn't need done, so I asked again I want my tires rotated, so he preceded to say "we will rotate the tires then" and he hung up on me. When I got there to pick it up he was slamming doors and just being very unprofessional because he was asked to do his job. That is when I just took my truck home and saw that my door was scratched, console was broke, and floor was still soaking wet. Long story short my vehicle WILL NEVER go thru Dodge service at Freedom of Harrisburg again. I spoke with Marcia (on Toyota side) and she got me in contact with Jodi on the Toyota side and they took my truck thru Toyota service and fixed everything the Dodge side screwed up. My experience purchasing this vehicle with the sales department was fine, but the service department is just plan sloppy and because of that I wouldn't purchase another Chrysler product from them if they were the last dealer on earth!!!! We had wonderful service from Mike. We had lost our cruise control and had poor service at another dealership. We were treated very professionally from the very beginning. The waiting area was very w cruise control and had poor service at another dealership. We were treated very professionally from the very beginning. The waiting area was very warm and comfortable. We will be using Freedom and Mike in the future for any issues we have or if we need to shop for a new vehicle in the future. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks for the great service. More

We were travelling from Ontario, Canada to Florida when an unfamiliar light came on, on the dashboard. The jeep then started chugging and we could not pick up speed. We had just pulled in to Harrisburg, P an unfamiliar light came on, on the dashboard. The jeep then started chugging and we could not pick up speed. We had just pulled in to Harrisburg, PA for the night. First thing in the morning, we called this dealership and thankfully got Joy on the line. She told us to bring it right in and she would try to fit us in to see what was wrong. A price was quoted to us for an analysis of the problem when we arrived. An hour later, they had found the problem, fixed it and the price was less than what had been quoted. Then, they gave us a complimentary car wash - much needed as we had driven through snow and slush. Throughout the hour, Joy checked in frequently telling us what was going on. They also offered coffee and doughnuts! During this time, we also observed other employees coming in to discuss things with other car owners. Everyone was so friendly and personable. We were very impressed with the entire experience and are very grateful that if we had to breakdown, it was in Harrisburg. We continued on our way with no further problems. I stopped by on Saturday morning to see if they could plug my tire. Even though they were busy, and I didn't have an appointment, they took my car back. They found the nail, plugged my tire, and even ref plug my tire. Even though they were busy, and I didn't have an appointment, they took my car back. They found the nail, plugged my tire, and even refilled my wiper fluid. My wait was pretty reasonable and I was back on the road in no time. Everyone there is pleasant and provide excellent customer service! :) More

428T I had bought my car used from another place and really didn't have a dealer to work with. I had brought my car here last September to resolve a recall I received because it was near my work. I returned this month for a state inspection and an oil change because I had a good experience last time. This time was no different. The service attendant had my paperwork ready to go that I only had to give him my key, insurance and registration. He reviewed with me what they would be doing. When he got to the tire rotation, I explained that I just put new tires on two weeks ago and they wouldn't need rotated so he crossed it off the list. The waiting room they have is very nice with a TV, magazines, coffee and even a play area for children. More importantly on this very cold weekend was that it was warm. My car was ready less then ninety minutes later. The service attendant reviewed with me the work that was done and the price of each. He gave me back the key, insurance and registration and turned me over to the cashier. She apologized that they did not wash the car but I understood because of the very cold temperatures. She did say that I could bring the car back once the temperature warmed and they would wash it. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return in the future. More
