Safety recall - the problem the fuel tank on my 2003 Jeep Liberty has a chance of experiencing a fuel leak during certain types of rear end collisions. Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source can result in fire. Freedom installed (OEM) trailer hitch, free of charge (parts and labor) to better manage crash forces in low-sped impacts. I would never buy a Purchasing a vehicle from Freedom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to be a part of. I would never buy another vehicle from these folks - nor would I go there for any type of service. I had issues with my brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that they couldn't seem to reproduce (rough shifting) or see (a large crack across the instrument panel). I took it to another Chrysler/Jeep dealer and things were all taken care of for me. We were treated rudely by the service personnel at Freedom and it was quite apparent that they didn't want to deal with the issues the Jeep was having as they considered them "minor". More
