I went to Freedom after an awful experience at another dealership. Within an hour, I had a deal made with Freedom that made me very happy. My vehicle was not on the lot, so they had to locate it. I lef dealership. Within an hour, I had a deal made with Freedom that made me very happy. My vehicle was not on the lot, so they had to locate it. I left Monday afternoon with the deal in place, and Wednesday evening my vehicle was at the dealership. I spent another 45 minutes at Freedom on Thursday finalizing paperwork and being educated on my new ride. All in all, a total of 2 hours is all it took from start to finish. I will definitely be a lifetime purchaser from Freedom. They made me feel valued and appreciated, and they got me a great deal (which is what everyone wants when they're spending a lot of money). Not only did they get me a great deal, but they also took care of everything else as far as my trade and even my insurance. This is the best service, hands down, that I have ever received from a dealership when purchasing a new vehicle. More

I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Freedom Chrysler Jeep, and I must say the service that I had received from Charles Artman and Joel Brady was just exceptional. I came onto the lot, was greeted by Mr. Artman who introduced himself , I said "we are just looking" and his response to me "That’s great, please look at what is here, and if you don't see something that you’re looking for doesn't mean I can’t get it for you" My husband and I walked the lot, and we had no interest of buying at this time. We looked at the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and my husband loved it! Mr. Artman saw us walking back toward the building, and checked on us. My husband said we have a few questions regarding this truck. We sat down and he answered every question we had, we talked about pricing, where we would like to be as far as payment etc. Mr. Artman went to his boss Joel Brady who again came out and introduced himself to us as well, and they worked together to get us exactly what we wanted and what we needed. The atmosphere alone that was created by both of these gentlemen was amazing, there was no pressure, there was no pushiness. Walking onto any car lot is pressure because usually before you get out of the car you have a salesmen at your door. This was nothing like that with these two, talked to us like PEOPLE not a SALE. So I Thank them both for our wonderful truck, but the experience we had, thru the process. More
