I gave the excellent ratings because the Freedon Body Shop went out of their way to provide excellent customer service, body repair and genuine care to me, my daughter in-law and grandson. I was involved in an accident that was not my fault, we phoned the body shop to tell them we would be dropping off my Jeep and they told us they would be waiting for us. Upon arrival, the body shop was closed for the day but Scot and Tim listened to my convcerns, opened the doors and told me to drive my Jeep into their estimating bay. they assisted with helping my dautghter in -law unload necessary items from the Jeep, including my grandson's car seat and when our ride home arrived, they installed the car seat into the car that took us home. This is the second time my Jeep was struck by an inattentive driver and since The Freedom Body Shop took care of the body work last time and did such an impressive job, within a reasonable/quick time period at a reasonable price, I never hesitated to call them and drop off my Jeep for them to perform the needed repairs.
