I am interested in purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have checked out the vehicle at several different locations. The most recent location I visited was Freedom Chrysler. I always do a lot of re and I have checked out the vehicle at several different locations. The most recent location I visited was Freedom Chrysler. I always do a lot of research before making a final decision on a large purchase. This is when I spoke with a gentleman named Steve Gelb at the dealership. Steve did an unbelievable job in trying to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and not trying to put me into another vehicle that I wasn't comfortable with. There have been many instances where a salesperson has tried to influence me to buy a vehice based soley on price, regardless if I liked the vehicle or not. Steve understood what I was looking for in a Grand Cherokee and was very knowledgable about the different levels and trims. He really helped me decide what would benefit me the most without making me feel pressured or obligated. I haven't purchased the vehicle yet, but Steve was extremly friendly and his customer service was through the roof. In comparison to other dealerships, I also feel I was offered a very fair price. I will definitely be going back to Freedom Chrysler to see Steve and I would also recommend him and Freedom to any of my friends and famiy. More

I found Steven to be quite friendly, knowledgable about the products and accommodating in every way. I spoke with Steve Gelb about a new Jeep Cherokee . I currently own a Nissan Pathfinder and pull a 5000 pound boat. I am amazed at the towing capacity of the new Cherokee!
