I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300 in 12/2012 with Sidney Ruth. He was great from start to finish. I walked in there not knowing what I wanted and walked out with a new car. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident last month, a lady hit me from behind, at a red light. Needless to say, I was beyond upset. I knew my repairs would be made by New Freedom. I called and spoke with Tim Donohue about the accident. He scheduled my repair work and also informed me he would set up my rent a car. Here I was totally inconvenienced by this accident yet Tim did everything possible to make it the least bit inconvenient for me. I appreciated this so much. I dropped off my car and Enterprise came to pick me up. Tim took care of this! Thank you Tim, Sidney and also the cashier (whose name I'm so sorry I don't have).
