I stopped by on Saturday morning to see if they could plug my tire. Even though they were busy, and I didn't have an appointment, they took my car back. 428T I had bought my car used from another place and really didn't have a dealer to work with. I had brought my car here last September to resolve a recall I received because it was near my work. I returned this month for a state inspection and an oil change because I had a good experience last time. This time was no different. The service attendant had my paperwork ready to go that I only had to give him my key, insurance and registration. He reviewed with me what they would be doing. When he got to the tire rotation, I explained that I just put new tires on two weeks ago and they wouldn't need rotated so he crossed it off the list. The waiting room they have is very nice with a TV, magazines, coffee and even a play area for children. More importantly on this very cold weekend was that it was warm. My car was ready less then ninety minutes later. The service attendant reviewed with me the work that was done and the price of each. He gave me back the key, insurance and registration and turned me over to the cashier. She apologized that they did not wash the car but I understood because of the very cold temperatures. She did say that I could bring the car back once the temperature warmed and they would wash it. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return in the future. More

1-24-2014 - I just recently bought a brand new 2013 Chrysler 300s from Steve Gelb my salesman, and Joel Brady, the Sales Manager. Normally I find the car buying experience to be a huge hassle as I am v Chrysler 300s from Steve Gelb my salesman, and Joel Brady, the Sales Manager. Normally I find the car buying experience to be a huge hassle as I am very particular about the deals that I make. I wont buy a car no matter how much I like it if the price isn't right. Steve and Joel made my car buying experience a pleasure. A week after I made my purchase I noticed some problems with the car that I wanted corrected. It had been on the lot for a year and over time, things can happen while the car sits, or gets test driven, etc... Honestly, I expected problems in getting the situation resolved. However, again, Joel and Steve were right there doing whatever it took to make me happy with my purchase. My relationship with Freedom is a new one, but if I continue to get this kind of service with my 300s over the life of this car, I can't imagine buying my next car anywhere else.
