Above and beyond! Let me start by saying my first review wasn't so good. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication which resulted in poor customer service. Mike Schildt Jr reached out to me personally to apologized, he then offered to make things right so that I would come back and maybe feel differently about the customer service provided. I'm glad that I understand that no one is perfect some times things happen that are out of our control, and we all know when a customer is inconvenienced & angry there is nothing you can do to make them happy. Well I'm writing this review because Mike made things right for me! I dropped my vehicle off for oil change and the customer service provided was outstanding!!!Not only will I be coming back, I will defiantly recommend my friends, and family to this dealer as well! We all make mistakes but its how you correct it to make the customer feel appreciated and valued. More

Wouldn’t recommend Dropped off my vehicle a day before my appointment to get my vehicle checked out of why it kept cutting off. I recently just bought my vehicle from an Dropped off my vehicle a day before my appointment to get my vehicle checked out of why it kept cutting off. I recently just bought my vehicle from another heritage locations. On the day of service I had to repeatedly call them to check status. I received a call after 5pm saying my vehicle was ready for pick up and they fixed the problem. I was never called and informed of the issue and asked if I wanted to proceed. Next when I came to pick up my vehicle I had to wait 30mins for them to find my car just to tell me it was still on the hook and I was unable to take home that day. I was sol with no vehicle and no transportation for work. I was offered a temp car if I could come back the next morning after 7 which was too late for me as I have to leave home by 6 to reach work on time. In addition the next day the could not give me a reason why my vehicle was left on hook and wasn’t taken up front for pickup. I was told the manager would be following up with me which they never did. Very inconvenient and shakey!!! More

Above Expectation Stephanie Spindler is the perfect for the service industry in that she is always courteous and goes beyond expectations in dealing with the customer. On the last visit, she reminded me I was due for a free oil change, made sure a tire rotation was included and capped the visit by setting me up with a 1-year free trial with On-Star, which now enables me to use my Buick app. Oh, and she got me out of there within an hour. Stephanie is the reason I keep coming back to Heritage for service. More
