Several problems with Corvette Heritage (Shawn and Stephanie) actually came out to my home because my car would not start (and there was no way to get it out of the garage without m Heritage (Shawn and Stephanie) actually came out to my home because my car would not start (and there was no way to get it out of the garage without messing the car up -- could not even get car into neutral). Shawn (who does all of the work on Corvette's at Heritage) got the car to start and they took it back to Heritage. Several problems were fixed promptly and the car is back with me. Great job and wonderful to work with. More

Over The Top Customer Service! I contacted your call center to set an appt. to get a minor warranty repair done on my Chevy Suburban. I am recommending some additional training to i I contacted your call center to set an appt. to get a minor warranty repair done on my Chevy Suburban. I am recommending some additional training to improve the customer experience with your call center personnel. 1) It was hard to hear the gal that answered, Noisy and lots of static. I called twice. 2) She set my appointment for the time slot that the service mechanics are scheduled and out to lunch. 3) She could not tell me if the minor repair would be warranty work on my new vehicle 4) She told me that my Suburban was a GMC vehicle, and I corrected her. She told me “No, itsGMC”. Strange she believed this, as I had called the number for a Chevy dealership, so that should have given it away. Despite being scheduled during the Mechanics lunch hour, the service I experience at the dealer was above and beyond. My service advisor, Larry Proffitt, was quit to check out the issue personally, and enlisted the help of Brent Ivie, the Service Director. Brent, actually left his lunch break to attend to my vehicle needs, and I am no one special. But the service the exhibited, is a prime example of what win’s GM/Chevy/Heritage Chevrolet customers for life. I was in and out in no time... Previously my husband had all of his corvette work done here, and thier service level remains over the top, after many years. These two gentlemen should be examples to all of how excellent customer service is done. Thank you, Heritage, you are lucky to have these two in place! More
