Unhappy Had my car serviced and was told all work was complete but found out that some of the service was not completed or repaired now I have to take my car Had my car serviced and was told all work was complete but found out that some of the service was not completed or repaired now I have to take my car 🚘 back to get more work completely finished drive side door and carpet was full of grease hood and driver door had greasy fingerprints inside and out service manager was like so what the tow truck drive could have did that but the drive never stepped in the car in car car would not run that is why we had it towed to the shop. Very unhappy with the performance of the service agent and service mangers need to be more customer service minded More

She was friendly , helpful, professional through every step of the process. She kept me well informed , every day on the status of my vehicle and went above and beyond to explain. I now have a new dealership and new service department, it added 30 minutes to my drive but time very well spent. Thank you Vivian and the service rep that was on site. Very friendly- Great communication! I had to have my truck towed to Heritage because of some transmission issues. My dealership’s transmission tech was going to be out for awhile and th I had to have my truck towed to Heritage because of some transmission issues. My dealership’s transmission tech was going to be out for awhile and they were the next closest location. Even though they weren’t my original dealership they were really friendly and helpful. Stephanie was great about communicating with me and providing frequent updates. She even helped arrange a rental for me. There continues to be some issues with the transmission/shifting hard but I think that it’s something outside Heritage’s control. Overall great service! More
