Vivian made sure i had transportation as well as my car seats for my grand kids. She kept me updated with the repair as well as what was covered in my warranty. Transmission issue...resolved quickly! I'd purchase my vehicle from another dealer and wouldn't you know, less than 5 months after my purchase, transmission issues. Ms. Vivian made me feel important. Others dropped the ball. I was disappointed that 3 employees saw me standing there for 5 minutes and carried a conversation without once speaking to me.
