I purchased a Chevy Blazer for my wife July 6, 2024. The vehicle has been in Chevy dealership needing thousands of dollars work. I have requested 'service records' on vehicle (the records were promised The vehicle has been in Chevy dealership needing thousands of dollars work. I have requested 'service records' on vehicle (the records were promised at time of sale and never provided) , spoke with Calvin Woody sales mgr and left voice mail & email messages for service mgr Mike Schildts Jr. as well as Eugene Papaleo General mgr... "no response", no "callback"? All I am requesting is 'service record' of vehicle so we can make any necessary 'maintenance to vehicle moving forward. I have been very "patient", but "Sales & Service" are the "linchpin" to customer satisfaction and lasting relationships! which is the reason for this review. Steve S More

I don't remember the Man's name but, he sits at the end of the service lane where you take your car out. Anyway, he treats me with the upmost respect always! Today he went above and beyond!
