My last visit was awful my car was kept longer than expected and they really didn't have an answer to come up with. I had my car inspected. Nothing was wrong with it up until they had my car. What should have been only 2 to 3 days end up being about 7 days. Then on top of that I really wasn't even interested in trading in my car. I get a phone call from the dealership from sales asking about a trade-in and for whatever reason he decides to check the paperwork and tell me a whole list of things that was wrong with my car that never existed. Until I took my car to this dealership since I took it there. I noticed when I go to the car wash my car leaks in the back of the inside/ passenger side is / trunk area. I was informed that I needed a new lamp when I did not need a new lamp for my headlight on top of all the additional expenses that they came up with. I even thought about traded in my car. Come to find out they told me my car is only worth $1,000 and I know it's worth more than that and then they even had the nerve to tamper with my car to make it look a little worse by messing with the touch up I have done to my bumper And leaving my bumper out a little so it's not snapped in all the way. But I really find it very disturbing . I also find it disturbing for the simple fact the last time I was there to get service, they couldn't tell me what was going on with my car insist then then the seal to my trunk has been messed with and leaking water drips in the back of my seats where the passenger seats are in the back and they told me that I needed a a new LED/ headlight lamp when I didn't and just coming up with a lot for me to spend more money and it was more concerned about me trading my car in then me actually getting the work I needed done I definitely don't feel safe and no longer will be taking my car to this location because of the issues and problems I've been having since I took my car there which I never had happen until the last couple times I've been taking my car to this dealership. But I was just at this dealership to see what my options were far as trading in this past weekend. That did not make it any better. The car salesman off me water which was contaminated and I am fighting a cold because of it. More

I have requested 'service records' on vehicle (the records were promised at time of sale and never provided) , spoke with Calvin Woody sales mgr and left voice mail & email messages for service mgr Mike Schildts Jr. as well as Eugene Papaleo General mgr... "no response", no "callback"? All I am requesting is 'service record' of vehicle so we can make any necessary 'maintenance to vehicle moving forward. I have been very "patient", but "Sales & Service" are the "linchpin" to customer satisfaction and lasting relationships! which is the reason for this review. Steve S More
