I have purchased 4 vehicles and my children have purchased 4 other vehicles from Heritage/Mile One in the past, and I shopped around other dealerships prior to going to Heritage for this vehicle. Once again I was very impressed with the manner in which I was treated by my saleman, Scotty and with General Manager Robert Lee. I could have gotten the same vehicle at a different dealership, but because of the way I have been treated and the best deal possible from Heritage, I continue to be a loyal Heritage customer. There was an unfortunate incident during the delivery process that delayed my vehicle being delivered to me for a few days, but I know that I will be taken care of by the dealership in the future in the servicing of my vehicle. I continue to recommend Heritage to my family and friends. More
Very friendly. I had looked at so many used car dealerships beforehand and could not find a car for the life of me. I wanted something special and found it once but the dealership had sold it. Sales Rep was friendly, hated the back and forth numbers game. Told them up front did not want to do that. Walked out on my first visit, got a call on way home saying they could drop price. Went back a week later and made the purchase. Had a trade, ended up not making a trade as this dealership was extreemly low in thier offer, did not even compete with Kelly Blue Book. Will sell on own. Again the price of the vehicle was the only incentive to purchase, the price was good. More

And - if they do not have the vehicle at one of their 60+ dealerships, they will go out and find the vehicle you are looking for. The most important thing is that customer service actually begins with the selection of a vehicle. When we finally signed the papers, Gordon James checked financing rates one last time before we signed the loan papers and found an even LOWER rate - something he did not have to do, but certainly earned our appreciation!! Dontae' continuated the exceptional customer service in two ways. First by having the car thoroughly ready when we picked it up and then explainng in detail - how to use each option. Second, and even more impressive service occurred when we discovered a minor problem with the AM band on the radio. My wife took the car to the dealership to have the radio examined and repaired. When Dontae' realized the repairs were going to take longer than expected to finalize, he arranged for a customer service vehicle for her to use, so that she would not have to sit at the dealership all day. This type of outstanding customer service is the reason we have purchased 5 vehicles and recommended the dealership to all of our friends!! More
I was trying to come out of my truck to save on gas and money. I did not want to put down any money and wanted to limit my out of pocket costs.
