I have been trying my best to purchase a vehicle in just my name with no obligations or restriction and was unable to do so for YEARS. Then my dad called me and told me of Hertiage One in Owings Mills and t my name with no obligations or restriction and was unable to do so for YEARS. Then my dad called me and told me of Hertiage One in Owings Mills and to come up there becuase my cousin who just filed bankrupcy like me was about to get an 2010 Impala. I couldnt believe so I did just that. I went and met with a gentlemen named Sunni who really went above and beyond for me and help me drive off the lot with a 2009 CHeverlot Calbot. I was excited and still am. I am so happy that finally I can 1) REBUILD MY CREDIT 2) HAVE MY OWN CAR 3) START ALL OVER WITH LIFE... Easily the most painless car shopping experience ever. It might have been more painful for the staff of Heritage because our two young children were with us late at night! The best car buying experience to date. Salesman very knowledgeable. Sales team pursued many active leads to get us the car we wanted the very day we test drove and similar model. My only complaint was that the gas tank was not full when I left the dealership. Otherwise great service and great price for a GM Certified Suburban which I traveled over 2 hours to purchase. This is my 2nd time at this dealership. 1st time, I had Tavon Johnson great guy and now I had Jerome Nelson. Both times, I walked out with a car. My experience overall was good. There were a few bumps in the road along the way and I was at the dealership way to long (5 hours), but in the end I was happy with my purchase. There was a dealer add in feature that we were not able to put in the vehicle afterall that took an hour and a half to figure out. I feel that that could have been avoided if research on ordering the part was conducted while I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. My sales person did apologize, but that did not give me back the hour and a half that I waited for that information. I also felt that when we were having some of the "bumps in the road" that the dealership manager should have come over and introduced himself/herself and assured me that things were going to be worked out.
