We bought a new Buick Envista before the year end. Heritage Chevrolet had a good inventory and was very helpful in getting us a good deal for our trade-in and financing. The dealer was told EXACTLY what I wanted, what I NEEDED, and what I did not want. I wanted a 4x4 or AWD. I NEEDED a 4x4 or AWD. Did NOT want a car or a 2wd. The salesperson kept me up there for HOURS! Never showed me a SUV, my credit was ran at least 4 times! Then after ALL that, he wanted to show me a USED MALIBU??? I am NEVER going there again. After ALL the years my family has gone there, one guy screwed it ALL up. I'll buy a Ford before I go back to Heritage Chevrolet! I cannot STAND Fords. More
