Cadillac XTS 4 Driver seat I have purchased a Cadillac 2014 XTS 4 that I just love from heritage Cadillac. My car is 2 1/2 years old I noticed the driver seat down by the co I have purchased a Cadillac 2014 XTS 4 that I just love from heritage Cadillac. My car is 2 1/2 years old I noticed the driver seat down by the controls for settings had two small tears so I stopped at heritage Cadillac. To get my car wash and I was telling one of the service man about my seat and he was telling me it's not under warranty and I was shocked I mean this is a Cadillac. I ask to speak with Mike Stamenkovich The service manager and he said Al not to worry about it he would take care of it at no cost what a great experience once again I can't speak highly enough about heritage Cadillac from the time you enter those overhead doors to the time you pay the cashier what a great welcome . Mike I want to thank you and your team for all you have done for me as a customer shows how proud I am to own a Cadillac. Thank you heritage Cadillac. More

Service Department is so well run! I've had my CTS in a few times for scheduled service and have worked with all of the Consultants. Its such a well run shop, from check-in, to loaner, I've had my CTS in a few times for scheduled service and have worked with all of the Consultants. Its such a well run shop, from check-in, to loaner, to return and payments. The team there is so effective and their follow-up and communication so effective, its as close to painless as any service visit could be. Jason Buis kept me completely up to speed and even took the time to speak with other family members who drive the car to get additional context on service needs. More

I had an knocking sound and was not sure I could make it to Heritage where I bought my car. I took it to another dealer and was told I had blown a bearing and needed a half block engine repair and it would to Heritage where I bought my car. I took it to another dealer and was told I had blown a bearing and needed a half block engine repair and it would cost me $6,500 and I had a warranty that had apparantly expired. I called Heritage the next week and they had it towed and did the repairs. I feel they stepped up for me as their customer and covered most of the repair less a deductible under a partial warranty and saved me a lot of money. They know now they have a customer for life. I would like to commend that entire team for the job and effort to help based on a problem that had been occurring with other vehicles. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty and were very helpful and always kept me in the loop. I will go out of my way to recommend anyone to purchase from Heritage Caddilac. I have never had a problem with the outstanding service and respect they show me as a customer and that it why I rate Heritage Cadillac SUPERIOR. Thank you More

Burell and Ken assisted me to know how to tighten the outside mirror on my mom's Cadillac but then suggested it would be better if Heritage did the work. Since they were willing and helpful I decided t outside mirror on my mom's Cadillac but then suggested it would be better if Heritage did the work. Since they were willing and helpful I decided to bring the car in. Ken completed the work and gave me tips on what to do keep my mom's Cadillac in great condition. It only has 52,112 miles on it and looks like new. They were so friendly and helpful they have won me as a CUSTOMER now. I reported this to Tom Monaco, Leasing and Sales Manager and he already knew Burrell and Ken's character but was glad to hear the news. What a wonderful experience at Heritage.
