Service Maintenance I received a friendly text from the Service Manager Michael Ammerman, reminding me that I needed an oil change. I was promptly greeted by the service department when I arrived. The waiting area has all of the amenities needed to do work or watch TV. Before I knew it the service was completed, the car washed and I was on my way. It is a pleasure to be treated like an important customer. I think the service department is what will keep me coming back for all of my car purchases. More

Satisfaction! I was completely satisfied with everything done to the car. I was surprised that I had two bent wheels. Had great all around experience with everyone. I talked with Chris about a problem I was having with 2 tires on my CTS.
