Dead battery and stranded West and Sons tried to jump my old girl but she still needed to be towed in. I am happy that they at least tried to save me some money. But within a few hours, the service department said it was just a spent battery (8 years old) and need to be replaced. Christopher’s call was a relief that that was the only problem. Service took care of some needed maintenance and I am back on the road feeling safe that everything is up to date. Great job guys. Wouldn’t think of anyone else to service my vehicle. More

I made the appointment for the follow I received a friendly text from the Service Manager Michael Ammerman, reminding me that I needed an oil change. I made the appointment for the following day. I was promptly greeted by the service department when I arrived. The waiting area has all of the amenities needed to do work or watch TV. Before I knew it the service was completed, the car washed and I was on my way. It is a pleasure to be treated like an important customer. I think the service department is what will keep me coming back for all of my car purchases. More
Satisfaction! I was completely satisfied with everything done to the car. I was surprised that I had two bent wheels. But, it was a beautiful car and drove beautifully, which I feel my own does too. That's a "caddie" for you. More
