There is a reason we keep going back We just came home with our new XT5! We are a two Cadillac family. (My CT6 is no longer lonely.) We have purchased a total of 13 Cadillacs from this dealership going back to 1988 and they have never disappointed us! Service, sales, everything lives up to the Cadillac style and luxury one would expect. From Todd giving us our new car training, to Jim having all the paperwork ready before we walked in the door, they made the buying process easy. And we know having had so many prior vehicles, the service department is the best in the area! We live closer to another dealership, but keep coming back to Heritage! More

Happy in My New XT-5 I came back to Heritage after leasing a 2015 SRX from them a couple of years ago. Within the first few minutes of my visit, I was about to leave, unti I came back to Heritage after leasing a 2015 SRX from them a couple of years ago. Within the first few minutes of my visit, I was about to leave, until Keith introduced me to Frank Wadda. Frank saved the day! He got me into my new 2017 XT-5 at the payment I had hoped for. Frank is a top-notch representative of Heritage Cadillac. I don't consider Frank a salesperson. He was more of a consultant, there to find out what features I valued in a vehicle and what was important to me about the deal I hoped to make. Frank's passion for cars and what he does is undeniable. If you want to buy or lease a new car, don't even think twice about it. Go see Frank, and you'll leave with a deal that makes you feel comfortable and a vehicle that you love. More

I would normally not follow a salesperson to another dealership but Frank has made my buying experience exceptional. Frank is always there for me for whatever questions or concerns that I have with my vehicle no matter what time of the day or night. Frank has even come in on his day off to help me. In as m Today I had the pleasure to work with Fran Scepanovich and Jim Lindeman. I was researching CTS vehicles online and found this one at Heritage. In as much as I have purchased my last Cadillac at Heritage, I knew the quality I was going to receive. I contacted the dealarship and Fran called me back quickly. I explained that I did not want to spend all day there negotiating a purchase. She took my requirements and within 30 mins she called me back with a deal completed. She told me that if I made an appointment she would have me in and out with all papers signed in less than 2 hours. She did exactly what was promised, took time with my wife to explain the cars features. There is a reason I go back to Heritage Cadillac for all my service and purchasing. The customer service is the best in the business and I would recommend them to all. More
