two thumbs way up!!! I'm giving this dealership a 5/5 due to how easy and pressure free it was. I told him I was looking at a 2014 ATS 2.0T I saw online and he walked us right to them, then he told us of one that just came in to the dealership it was getting it pictures taken of it for the website. we walked to it and when I saw it I was like xxxx that's a sexy looking car with a sunroof. I then test drove it and after that we sat inside and did all the paper work which was the easiest I've ever done he offered us water and cookies as we sat there waiting, he even helped me set up on star. Cadillac XTS 4 Driver seat I have purchased a Cadillac 2014 XTS 4 that I just love from heritage Cadillac. My car is 2 1/2 years old I noticed the driver seat down by the co I have purchased a Cadillac 2014 XTS 4 that I just love from heritage Cadillac. My car is 2 1/2 years old I noticed the driver seat down by the controls for settings had two small tears so I stopped at heritage Cadillac. To get my car wash and I was telling one of the service man about my seat and he was telling me it's not under warranty and I was shocked I mean this is a Cadillac. I ask to speak with Mike Stamenkovich The service manager and he said Al not to worry about it he would take care of it at no cost what a great experience once again I can't speak highly enough about heritage Cadillac from the time you enter those overhead doors to the time you pay the cashier what a great welcome .
