a friendly, helpful, delightful dealership to purchase a car the sales staff (Fran Scepanovich specifically) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to deal with. she offered me several options a the sales staff (Fran Scepanovich specifically) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to deal with. she offered me several options available but didn't try to pressure me into buying anything that i didn't want. she relayed my offers to Dan the sales mgr. with whom i found it relatively easy to reach terms that were acceptable to me. Jim, the finance guy expedited the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently. i purchased the vehicle outright so no financing was necessessary, but he was adept at processing the state and county tax forms and the license plates and the title transfer. once the paperwork was complete Fran Scepanovich spent about an hour with me,instructing me about operation of the many accessories and setting up the onstar system. Fran was most helpful and patient with me while showing me all the finer points of the car. More
