Unsatisfied Customer First of all, when I purchased the car the salesman failed to tell me that the car did not have a spare tire. Unbeknown to me when I got a flat I was surprised to find out the car did not have a spare. When I talked to the manager at the dealership he said oh well I can sell you one. Next, I have taken my car twice for repair. On both occasion, I never received a call from the service department with updates on the status of the vehicle. This last occasion, the car was serviced for a week and a half and I never got a call telling me it would take this long or any updates at all. I have a Lexus and was considering buying another when I purchased the XRT. I thought Cadillac would provide the same level of service or better that I experienced with Lexus. I would definitely never buy another car from Heritage Cadillac. More
