great job I took my 2016 SRX into service to get it washed, and made mention that the vehicle wandered right.Mike said after the wash he would drive the vehicl I took my 2016 SRX into service to get it washed, and made mention that the vehicle wandered right.Mike said after the wash he would drive the vehicle with Mark the technician ,and it was determined I had a bad tire. Mike allowed me to use a new vehicle to get home,had Mark the technician put the new tire on and checked to make sure the problem was corrected, with a road test. The vehicle was cleaned again because it rained while it was at the dealership and then it was delivered to my home. GREAT service with good communication the whole time on how long the repair would take.Excellent experience across the board. I will not ever go anywhere else. Sincerely, Steven A. Szot More

Amazing!!! This dealership is GREAT!!!! Our sales person, Fran Scepanovich was FANTASTIC! She, and her boss DAN, worked hard to get us in there with the price w This dealership is GREAT!!!! Our sales person, Fran Scepanovich was FANTASTIC! She, and her boss DAN, worked hard to get us in there with the price we wanted and the CAR we loved!!!!! They took us over to John, who processed our paperwork and when we walked out, our car was in front of us, waiting for us to get in!!! More importantly, Fran and DAN were there waiting also...to see if we had any last minute questions and to run through all the set up in the car computer.....even during a thunderstorm!!!! Thanks Fran!!!! To top all of this off,mr hey sent us on our way with a special gift. A Cadillac blanket which we LOVE!!!!!! YES...we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
