First Cadillac - great experience On a whim My wife and I pulled into heritage Cadillac to check out some used Escalades. Upon arrival we were greeted by Fran who was very welcoming and attentive . After a few brief questions about our needs and what we wanted out of the vehicle she immediately got the keys for a test drive . During the entire process Fran and the sales manager Dan were awesome, I can’t say enough about the pleasant experience these two made the car buying experience. No pressure, very helpful and attentive . This is my first Cadillac and it was only made possible because of Fran and dan , you guys rock! I didn’t finance through them, but during my purchase I dealt with john in finance. John was great, made the signing painless and non threatening. Between Fran , Dan and John you will hit a home run at Heritage Cadillac ! More
