The entire transaction was efficient and comfortable. I have been interested in the ATS ever since Cadillac announced it was going to be available in late summer of this year, and, as soon they came out, I contacted the Cadillac dealerships in the Chicago area to see for myself. Heritage, and especially Charles Hughes, the sales person, provided me with the best overall service and personal care. All my questions and concerns were addressed and every effort was made to work with me on securing the vehicle and options that I wanted and meeting my price. I love my new ATS and am still getting used to all its bells and whistles (which, by the way, Mr. Hughes and the staff at Heritage are more than willing to help me with, answering my calls and assisting me with my questions). Heritage immediately quoted me a price on the vehicle that was $500.00 less than any other dealer. When I contacted the other dealerships I was told me they could not beat Heritages price. There were no hidden fees or add-on surprises when we got to the dealership. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. We even received more on our trade than we had anticipated. Salesperson Tom Capps was fantastic and a delight to deal with. He is obliging, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. Tom took us thru the many options on our new vehicle and even set up my Bluetooth for me. I can’t say enough about him or Heritage. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Heritage.
