Just What I Expected in a Service Center When we called for service we were given a convenient time to bring our car in. Everyone was friendly and the technicians knew what they were doing. Service is awesome however Sales no so much I have never had a problem with service and several months ago was approached by someone in sales about possibly trading in my vehicle. at that time i I have never had a problem with service and several months ago was approached by someone in sales about possibly trading in my vehicle. at that time i wasn't interested. however a couple of months ago i was thinking about trading car for a ruck a younger guy met me at the door took one glance at my malibu said no way and didn't even offer to run numbers. i went back in about a month ago talked with a sales guy and this time he made a proposal but my husband was out of town and told me the deal would be good for a couple of days. never followed up with me. I went in for an oil change and searched him out and explained why i didn't come back in. My mother had gotten sick. but he didn't even offer to rework the numbers or anything. however he did offer his sympathy. I had excellent service as usual that day and the service department got me in and out with the list of recommended services. and i told them i would follow up. More

My experience with the Service dept. for the last approx. 8 I have been using heritage service dept. for last approx. 8 years. Since my husband passed away. The service dept. is friendly, Very helpful with eve I have been using heritage service dept. for last approx. 8 years. Since my husband passed away.
