Excellent service! We had a problem on the road driving from Connecticut to Maryland when the check engine light appeared. We needed an oil solenoid valve which herb gordon had in stock. They agreed to fit us in the next morning. They took us promptly replaced the oil solenoid valve on passenger side and also replaced the rear brake pads and rotors. They had us out in less than three hours and we continued our trip to Florida. We were very happy with their service and how well they treated us. More

It's that simple. I originally called to make an appointment with Michael Goodman to have my airbags exchanged after a recall. Since it would take the day I was set up with a complimentary loaner car (makes everything so much easier). After a complimentary inspection it was found that I needed to have some work done. No one likes to hear that they have to spend money, but Michael was amazing in explaining what needed to be done and breaking down the cost for me. Besides just being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Michael is also a genuinely friendly, pleasant, and highly entertaining person. It's a joy to work with someone who really seems to have your best interest at heart and not just $$. Michael arranged for me to keep the loaner car for an extra day and kept in touch to update me on the work being done. Now that I've gotten my Forester back it's a comfort knowing it was in great hands and we will have many more roads ahead of us. THANKS MICHAEL!!! I appreciate you! More

Doesn't get better than Sue We were looking for a car to replace our totaled 2012 Impreza and came in to look at a couple used Outbacks. We had already been speaking on the phone We were looking for a car to replace our totaled 2012 Impreza and came in to look at a couple used Outbacks. We had already been speaking on the phone with Sue checking on inventory, and she was helpful right from the beginning. Sue truly went above and beyond for us. We showed up with 2 kids under 5 to look at the cars, and were so pleased that there was a playroom for the kids. She checked on my husband and kids often while I was out test driving and offered great customer service, even giving our boys some swag to play with. When we started paperwork for purchase, she had snacks at her desk for the kids (and us) and also had crayons to occupy the kids. We ended up being there past close on a Saturday, and she was so gracious and patient and let our youngest lead her around the showroom (just one of the many ways she was amazing) while we finished signing all of the papers. I don't know if we would have made it through the process without Sue. Bryan was also a gem, getting us through all the signing with humor and kindness. We couldn't have imagined a better experience. More
