Just when I was about to give up Jordan called me back to see how everything was going and if my car had been repaired or if I had bought a new one, I told him I was still in the market for a car but I was working on limited funds to put down and I needed my monthly payment to stay under a certain amount, Jordan told me he would do all he could to get me in a car. Over the next couple of days Jordan worked very hard to get my deal approved. I didn’t have a way to even get to the dealership because I live in DC about over an hour away from the Herb Gordon, but Jordan said that it was not a problem and he came all the way from Silver Spring to DC during rush hour just to pick me up, even though he wasn’t familiar with the area he still managed to find me. Jordan and the staff from Herb Gordon was great, I had to bring my two children with me to finalize my deal, the wonderful staff there watched over my kids while I did my paperwork and provided them with popcorn, snacks and entertainment to keep them busy while I took care of my business. I took my wife car for the 30000 miles service without having an appointment last weekend. It seems to me, following that conversation that the service offered by Herb Gordon was much complete and better. Although some people may argued about the price of such a service, we are happy to what we got for our money. As a side note, my wife commutes one hour each way everyday so for me having her car running smooth is a must. Finally, I want to specially thanks and congratulate Emily for the excellent costumer service she provided. We went to the Herb Gordon website and immediately found a truly competitive price on the car we wanted. I solicited the local dealer's internet sales groups through their websites and they all wanted me to come in for a test drive and negotiation without quoting a realistic internet price. Herb Gordon stood behind their advertised pricing with no haggling. After a quick phone call to confirm the vehicle was still on their lot and to get a total with taxes and fees, we arranged to make the 3 hour drive to complete the transaction the next day! The car was fully prepped and ready when my wife arrived the next day. They insisted that she take a test drive even though she had already driven the same model previously. The processing of the paperwork was as smooth as possible with everything completely in order. There were no surprises or hard sells for any dealer add-ons. The processing fee was very reasonable, a pleasant surprise considering what the local dealers feel they have to charge over their already higher pricing. Everyone was plesant to deal with. Its nice to know that there is atleast one dealership that delivers what they advertise without the aggravation. Worth the 3 hour drive for this experience! More
