I was looking for a new 2010 Nissan Altima sedan and Herb Gordon provided the best information, features and price. It is amazing with the Internet, not every dealer is willing to offer their “best offer” or accurate information for the cars on their lot. I checked several Nissan dealers where the corporate database did not jibe with the local dealer. Herb provided everything I needed, including the specific colors that I was looking for in a new car. The Internet no haggle price was well laid out and made making price comparisons very easy. Muna Chongo was my Internet salesperson. I got a call from him the next day after sending out “a request” for Internet pricing information. He was very personable and patient in answering all of my questions and showing me the various features of the car I was looking for. He also gave me a brief tour of the service department facilities. He even went out his way to address one or two issues I had after my sale. In general, there was no heavy sales pressure and he went out of his way to show me the various features on four door 3.5 model that I wanted. I found the whole experience pretty painless and I was in general very pleased with the buying process. I also did not get the “final hard sell” from the floor manager whom I have seen at other dealerships. More

I am very happy with the experience I had at Herb Gordon Nissan. This was my first car purchase and I ended up purchasing a used 2007 Yaris. After seeing the internet price, I was pretty sure I was going to Nissan. This was my first car purchase and I ended up purchasing a used 2007 Yaris. After seeing the internet price, I was pretty sure I was going to end up buying the car after test drive, but Jordan made the process very easy for me. He did everything he could to get the financing within my budget and he even helped me get a good price on car insurance. He also recommended where I could get my vehicle serviced in the area. And since he was able to do that I was happy to give him my business. He was very patient through all of the phone calls that needed to be made and I never felt pressured. Once that was all finished I was sent to the gentleman that took car of my financing, who's name I can't remember. As is expected, I was asked about the Extended Warranty, which I had to politely decline a few times since it simply did not fit into my budget. Overall the car buying experience was made exciting rather than stressful, and I have no regrets about my purchase. Definitely worth the trip I made. More

There were no strings attached, we bought our Altima for the price quoted, plus, taxes, tags and delivery fee. The finance manager was kind enough to walk us through the price break down, assuring us of our quoted price. Jamie Shupe our salesman was personable, and very descriptive and patient answering all of our questions and showing us our new car. I just purchased a 2011 Murano LE from Herb Gordon Nissan and I must say that it was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I negotiated the price through the Consumer Reports ZAG and I must say that it was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I negotiated the price through the Consumer Reports ZAG service. Three dealers responded to the request. Herb Gordon was hundreds of dollars below the other 2 dealers. I spoke with Alan Albert and Kevin Yi over the phone and negotiated the entire package including possible trade-in on my 2003 Murano that had 150K on it. The final price we agreed to was over $1500 below the next closest dealership. However, although Herb Gordon would have gotten my business based upon price alone, their professionalism and attitude were beyond compare. I spent 2 hours at the dealership on the day I picked up my new car and was introduced to my service advisor and given a tour of the service department. The financial aspects of the transaction were smooth and I was never given a hard sell for after market items. I elected to go with the 6 year/100K mile Gold Preferred Plan. I absolutely love this car. They were able to find the exact color that I wanted and this model is so advanced compared with my 2003 that it is hard to believe. The iPod integration and Nav system are great. The Bluetooth has worked flawlessly with my iPhone. My iPhone address book can be accessed via the voice controls so from a safety standpoint there is a vast improvement. If you are looking to purchase a new Nissan, then I highly recommend this dealer. I strongly advise you to subscribe to Consumer Reports and take advantage of their "Build and Buy" program. I plan on sticking with Herb Gordon for all future car purchases. More

I called the Herb Gordon Nissan dealership 3 days ago in search of a Frontier pick-up truck. After asking me what I was looking for, he had located my ideal vehicle within minutes. I came in for a test drive of one they had in a different color and was very pleased with the truck and the dealership. We got the sale in motion and they had the truck on the lot two days later and I went in today to pick it up after another test drive and doing my financing which all took less than two hours. I found the whole experience to be pretty painless and I am very pleased with the process. I will say that the dealership is very proud of its high ratings and there is a little pressure for their customers to give them high marks, but I wouldn't be dishonest on a site that prospective customers will use to make a decision with a transaction like buying a new vehicle.
