I wanted a Juke with manual transmission in a partcular color. Hard to find, but isn't that the dealer's job? I was in a rental car and when I learned that I would have to wait a month to get the Juke I wanted, I asked the dealer to put me in a loaner car (as Jamie, my original contact at Herb Gordon, had offered). Jim Porter hemmed and hawed about the loaner, but called in his boss (Al or Vinny or something like that) who said they had a guy at Enterprise (there's a branch right across from HGN) who "would take good care of me." His offer? A high quote for a subcompact, on which he offered me less than 5 percent off. Basically, nothing. I made my own arrangements. After the Winter holidays, Jim said my car would not arrive for another two weeks. Two weeks later than I had been told, on which I had based my decision to stay in a rental car and hold out for the Juke the way I wanted it. I asked again about a loaner car, and Jim said no. Finally the Juke arrived, I went to Herb Gordon Nissan and tried to get some small consideration for my eight weeks of car renting. Nothing. The Juke was great, it s the car I wanted, and after waiting all this time, Herb Gordon had me over a barrel. I took the car (loving it!). But in trying to get me to go to Herb Gordon Nissan for scheduled maintenance, Jim said something really insulting. I told him that HGN is not close to where I live or work, so I would not be having my Juke serviced there. Jim had the nerve to say, "We have loaner cars." Only for those whose money you have already taken, I see. Based on my experience, this dealer thinks that simply repeating the phrase "We'll take good care of you" will make it true. It's all talk. Herb Gordon Nissan is just another car dealer. The kind that reminds me of why I hate buying a new car. More
Jamie was personable, friendly and easy to work with. I had made an appointment with him earlier, so he already had cars ready for me to testdrive. There was no sitting around and waiting. He let me go out and drive the cars, and he didn't come along for the ride (which was nice). After I testdrove the Altima and the Rogue, he showed me the new Juke they had in the showroom. I testdrove it, loved it, but wasn't 100% on it. He told me to take some time to think about it.I called the next day and told him I wanted the car. He made sure to put a sold sign on it and lock it so that no one else could take it. My overall experience was so much better than I had at another dealership (for a different car manufacturer). I liked that Jamie wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel guilty about not knowing if I wanted the car. It ended up being an easy choice to buy from this dealership and not the other one (and the price was great too!). This is the fourth Nissan my family has bought from this dealer, and we would recommend them to everyone! More

This is the second time I have bought a car from Herb Gordon Nissan, and I couldn't be happier. At first, I came in to have a tire checked on my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. I had been milling over the idea Gordon Nissan, and I couldn't be happier. At first, I came in to have a tire checked on my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. I had been milling over the idea of getting a car with better gas mileage and a lower monthly payment than the Pathfinder (especially after I paid over $60 on gas last time I filled up and I was filling up at least once a week). SO while I was waiting, I walked into the showroom and asked to speak to a sales rep as my previous sales rep had already left that dealership. I ended up working with Jordan. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me a 2011 Nissan Sentra brochure. It peaked my interest and I was more than willing to give it a try. When he asked a color, I decided on either the Blue Onyx or the Metallic Blue (the first being primary). Just my luck, they had only one Blue Onyx in the SL model- which I had been reading about in the brochure while Jordan went to look for the car and knew it would be the right one for me. I had an excellent test drive, and was ready to get that one right then. Next step, it went to the managers. Ramesh and Larry were awesome. They were trying to find all the deals for me so that I could get the best price and a buyer for the Pathfinder for the best price. Mind you, my Pathfinder was in rough shape (rocks hit the windshield and had a large crack as well as other issues). They made sure I was taken care of. While I was waiting, Jordan offered to take to me lunch which by that point I was getting hungry. When I got back, everything had been settled and I was on my way to financing! The financing person, Mark, was equally awesome! He had offered to charge my iPhone while he was working the last details, getting my temporary tags, and the paperwork. In the end, my payment was HALF of what I was paying on the Pathfinder. He really worked with the banks, and got one to give me a loan, especially after he found out I was military. We were done in about 45min. Jordan then helped me clean out the old beast and I was on my way. I was so excited that I completely forgot to clean out the center console, so when I returned an hour later with the spare key, they graciously allowed me to grab the rest of my things. My truck (Infiniti QX4) was beyond repair and financially I could not afford another Infiniti at this time. I needed to purchase a vehicle that evening. The staff was friendly, courteous, and prepared to help me in finding the right vehicle to meet my needs. I test drive a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder and was very satisfied with quality and condition of the Pathfinder. The total process took less than three(3)hours to get financial approval, sign papers, and drive my Pathfinder off the lot. I have brought alot of vehicles over the years and it was never that easy. The outstanding customer service and buying experience that I have receive in the past was at Infiniti and now Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan which is impeccable customer service. I would definitely recommend Mile One Herb Gordon Nissan to anyone without hesitation. The staff is supreme in quality customer service and knowledge of their products.
