Although we ultimately chose the Fit, as some of its features were not available on the Leaf, Sven was an excellent salesperson. His expertise and ability to communicate his knowledge of the product as well as his low-key but still assertive sales manner, made our choice of the Honda less than clear-cut. My wife and I will certainly recommend Sven to any of our friends or relatives in the market for a new car. More
