I was at the dealership at noon for an appointment with Asia. I spoke with Asia on Friday and told what I want and the monthly payments I was willing to pay. We set the appointment for me to come with the intention that everything was good to long. Mind you I have been using this dealership for over 25 years and purchase a total of 5 new cars. I get to Finance and was told that my payment will be twice as much as what they were supposed to be. Mr Booth was very disrespectful as he talk very rude about me to my sale person unaware that I could hear him as well as the other people in the sales room. He told her what did I expect with no money down and buying a 20,000 car. He told her just show me some cheap car. Then know that I had no way home because my ride left because they were sure everything was a go. I was told to talk al they didn’t have know one there to drive (they finally did drive me home). I feel like I was lied to and disrespected. I will never buy another car from here. I really think something should be done since I was Promise that everything was taken care of and things were as I had asked. I could write more. More
