I have never had any problems. I bought my car used got an ok deal on the price and haven't had to spend a lot of out of pocket expenses for over a year now! On short notice , I requested an appointment for an oil change. They told me to come in the next day. I arrived at 9 am and was out the door at 9:30. The service department run by Justin Brown is the best I've ever experienced. I've dealt with 3 Chevrolet Dealerships since 1997 and they are by far the most experienced and pleasant. Jay Martin is the most caring and friendly service attendant I've dealt with. Everything on my truck is done completely and promptly. If Jay finds something I need on my truck, he calls right away to notify me. Kudos to the service mechanics as well for a quality job. The shuttle service is the best! I brought my 2003 Trailblazer (originally purchased new at Herb Connolly) in for an oil change. I was greeted promptly and in a very sincere manner by the service staff. When writing up the service order, I was asked when I wanted the vehicle ready by...something I was surprised at as usually anywhere else it's "we'll call you when it's ready". I was also asked at that time if I needed a ride, which I did. That was helpful, as I was able to get to work rather quickly. The vehicle was done by midday and I was able to get it then without having to wait until after my workday. As usual, the staff at Herb Connolly that day (from the service staff to the cashier) were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. It makes a BIG difference to me as a consumer to be treated as a customer who matters. I've always felt that way at Herb Connolly. More
