I had a problem with the battery of my T/B SS two day in a row being completely discharged and suspected the shock compressor continuing to cycle when car was shut off. Called Herb Connolly's (where I purchased the vehicle)and described the problem. The service desk told me to bring the car in right away, I told them I needed a car...no problem. When I arrived, they were waiting for me and noticed that the state inspection was due and offered to take care of it. I also needed maintenance service. we went through the list and in a few minutes, I was on my way. Later that day, I was called to tell me what they found wrong and asked me if it was ok to leave the car overnight as the part would arrive in the morning. It was explained that they would then test it a while to make sure the car was fine, then call me. This all happened as explained. When I arrived, my car was clean and ready to go. Service was friendly, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Every time I've visited this dealer, my experience has been the same. I highly recommend this operation. More

We were introduced to John Gould, Sales Representative. John was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Chevrolet products. We were interested in the “Pull Ahead” program as we had a lease coming to maturity. We also wanted to review the various financing options available to us. We ended up buying opposed to leasing this time. John was great throughout this process. Rodrigo Roa, Sales Manager, facilitated keeping the process moving while introducing us to the services available at the dealership. The people were very friendly, the facility was spotless and we have a new Chevy. All in all, a very fine car buying experience. More

They answer all my questions and advise me on what my truck needs for service. My background when I was younger includes many years of building, upgrading and repairing cars and Trucks - professionally and later as a hobby. When I speak to your service people (they are not aware of this background) they explain in understandable clear detail what needs to be done. They ask pertinent questions to get at the root problem. I assume this is how they treat all of their customers. Keep up the good work CC More

An friendly voice gave me reassurance that my car would be picked-up at the college campus. I began my exam with relief, and passed. I picked up my car the following morning.
