This dealership, by far, is the best in my book. I buy new cars from them as does my wife. We bought two 2006 vehicles, one an SUV and one a PRISM. We have all our servicing done there as well. They take care of business and get the job done as requested. Jay Martin by far is a jewel as far as a service advisor and generally a nice guy who will take the few extra minutes to answer your questions and address your concerns. Being able to pay by credit card right there in the drive in area is a wonderful addition to their service portfolio. I will be looking for a new Equinox in the near future and Connolly Chevrolet will be my first and probably my only stop. More

Cant complain.....much. Only becuase the last visit was not typical of my other visits. This one was out of the ordinary. This dealership had by far the most wonderful customer service department that I have ever encountered. I had trouble with my car on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called and was told to bring service department that I have ever encountered. I had trouble with my car on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called and was told to bring the car down and they would shuttle me home. I was greeted by Jay Martin who knew me by name as I walked into the garage. I was escorted to a waiting area that was clean and inviting and has wonderful coffee. Joe the shuttle driver graciously drove me home and my car was completed that afternoon. I have never had any complaints with this dealership. I purchased my Suburban from them ten years ago and I have never had such complete satisfaction from any other dealership. I recommend this dealership for any service, be it routine or repair. More
