I brought my 2003 Trailblazer (originally purchased new at Herb Connolly) in for an oil change. I was greeted promptly and in a very sincere manner by the service staff. When writing up the service order, I was asked when I wanted the vehicle ready by...something I was surprised at as usually anywhere else it's "we'll call you when it's ready". I was also asked at that time if I needed a ride, which I did. That was helpful, as I was able to get to work rather quickly. The vehicle was done by midday and I was able to get it then without having to wait until after my workday. As usual, the staff at Herb Connolly that day (from the service staff to the cashier) were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. It makes a BIG difference to me as a consumer to be treated as a customer who matters. I've always felt that way at Herb Connolly. More

I went to a dealer that I was very familiar with, I actually purchased two vehicles from them and sent several other friends to them as well. I was extremely disappointed and decided it was time for a change so, that's when I went on-line to look for a used car for my daughter. I found Herb Connolly Chevorlet of Framingham, found a car we were interesteed in sent an e-mail and received a phone call within the hour (this took place on 4/29/09). On May 2, 2009 we were in their office signing papers for my daughters car. We were treated like royality. They were very honest and upfront with us. I went to Herb Connolly because I was having trouble with the rear passage side door. The door was locked and I was unable to open the door from either the outside or the inside. I gave the ratings I did because, From the moment I walked into the building everyone was friendly and I was greeted right away with no pressure. They told me to wait patiently in the waiting room which was equipped with cozy leather couches, plasma TV, fresh donuts, coffee, water, etc. To me when a company takes the time to go all out to make you feel comfortable while waiting.. that says something. In the end, I ended up buying a 2006 Chevy Aveo in very very great condition. The sales Rep. Lou Bove helped me through the whole from the first to last day. I got a great price, for a great car that had low miles and had absolutely nothing wrong with it. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking into buying a used or new car, especially if you are looking for used for a young teen. They have three dealers with all different brand car companies in easy access location. You will not be sorry what so ever. The one thing I think everyone worries that they will automatically feel is worrying about being pressure and all the typical expect small talk from the car dealers. I myself had that same image in my mind. Lou and everyone there didn't try the old salesman pitch to me at all. I think thats important when you are just looking for a great deal and you want to get in and get out. I give Herb Connolly Chevy a 10 out of 10. More

I purchased my 2002 Trailblazer @ Herb Connolly Chevrolet and have had my car serviced there exclusively (including regularly scheduled maintenance and oil changes). The service has always been of the highest caliber and reasonably proceed. In fact the reasonable prices shatter the myth that getting your car serviced at the dealer is a rip off. In fact I now cringe at thought of trying to get repairs done from anyone other than Herb Connolly Chevrolet. They have a record of my Trailblazers history and all the necessary knowledge and tools to take care of my vehicle. I need to mention how I ended up at Herb Connolly in the first place. In October 2001, I was in the market for a new truck. I was looking at Ford and Toyota primarily. In the end I decided on a Toyota Sequoia from Bernardi Toyota. In fact I briefly "owned" a Sequoia but never took delivery of it and was able to get out of the contract. The Toyota dealership had exhibited unbelievable sleazy behavior in the sales process and actually changed the negotiated price on the contract documents (Very long story). AFter this horrible experience I found Herb Connolly Chevrolet and they were extremely professional, honest and competitive. As a result I purchased my 2002 Trailblazer. Keep up the good work Herb Connolly and always remember what Henry Ford use to say "Obstacles are those frightful things we see when we take our eyes off the goal". More
