I know that Herb Connolly Chev in Framingham, MA will respond to this rating and tell everyone what a great deal that I received when I purchased this automobile through him and tell everyone how great t respond to this rating and tell everyone what a great deal that I received when I purchased this automobile through him and tell everyone how great that his technicians serviced me, but I will say this about Herb Connolly Chev in Framingham..... When customers purchase automobiles and pay over $20K for the auto and an extended warranty it is a disgrace when the customer will find out that they need to replace parts real soon. When customers bring their autos back and back and back and they parts are not there from when they 1st purchased the auto, (or have not been ordered) this too is also a shame. When Customers are promised free items because of their major inconveniences that they experience from when they bought the auto, and brings the automobile back in to have their parts finally put on from where they 1st bought the vehicle, and notices the "computer on the radio/CD control panel" is not reset back to 100% and then goes outside to check under the hood and notices that it the free item was not done as promised. This too is a shame. When customers have to ask why was my automobile not completely serviced or being put off by the dealership manager and the service manager when they are problems that the customer wishes to resolve, are simply ignored or not even spoken to. When customers get paperwork from their 1st service and it is not filled out by the mechanic or checked to ensure that a service manager and their so called technicians did service properly, (otherwise, this would not be happen) and the customer has to ask why and are told. " We have a computer program for this now” (Then why did I not get a copy gave to me??) When you voice your opinion and are told "We want you to trust us, please trust us, because we want you back as a customer". So the customer whom is trying to really trust this dealership takes the automobile back for the 2nd service to ensure that this "dealership trust" is indeed there and notices after the service that too was not done completely and has to inquire (After being told twice that their auto service was completed by the person in charge of billing, must ask the service person (s) why was this not done?? and their response is "It’s better on the back of your auto", and you have to ask at least twice, "What do you mean they are better on the back of my automobile", then to be told they will be needing replaced before winter. And they try to give you a in-store refund of the service that was done on your automobile, after you complain to the BBB and find out they have a GRADE F, (whom did not resolve this complaint either) or the manager shoves you off to the service manager when this trusting customer wants to talk to him about his complaint. When a trusting customer whom only had driven a limited number of miles on the automobile is told that parts will be needed to be replaced or repaired in the near future, I just want to say I think as a customer......................THIS IS WHERE THE TRUST ENDS and the next automobile purchased or my next service will NOT be from Herb Connolly!!! I was not pleased with how Rodrigo conducted business and his rudeness to my mother. I was appauled when he stated to her that "if he had a window, he would jump out of it." Another reason why I am not pleased with the overall service with this dealership is the fact that Rodrigo was willing to sell me a damaged product. The car had a damaged rim on the rear, which posed a safety problem. He refused to make the proper repair on it, stating that "if the technician deems it safe, he is not going to replace." In my experience purchasing vehicle's and being an ASE certified technician, I would not deem a damaged rim safe for driving. This was unacceptable to me and with his reluctance to repair the vehicle properly, as he should have done, I was forced to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Never again will I do business with this dealership again, especially with Rodrigo Roa. More
