I met Vinny Bremmenkamp for the first time and he was very personable. It was actually kind of fun...no pressure at all...and they were honest with me about my trade in. My entire experience -- from the very first day I walked into the dealership until the day I left with my new car -- was unlike I ever had at a dealership. It was looking forward for every Monday to get an e-mail or text from my sales guy!! thanks!! once the car was delivered , my credit wasn’t the greatest but the financial department particularly MR R. work for my finance with different entities until he found one that would meet my price capabilities and the percentage that will not hurt my pocket. It is my second time buying a brand new car, first time with this dealer and it was the easiest experience ever.. The service department run by Justin Brown is the best I've ever experienced. I've dealt with 3 Chevrolet Dealerships since 1997 and they are by far the most experienced and pleasant. Jay Martin is the most caring and friendly service attendant I've dealt with. Everything on my truck is done completely and promptly. If Jay finds something I need on my truck, he calls right away to notify me. Kudos to the service mechanics as well for a quality job. The shuttle service is the best! Joe knows exactly who I am and where I need to go everytime. More
As always, the service dept. rocks! They understand the importance of keeping a truck, (Avalanche) on the road as I operate my business with it, and on those very rare occasions when I have to leave it ove importance of keeping a truck, (Avalanche) on the road as I operate my business with it, and on those very rare occasions when I have to leave it overnight, they get me into a loaner in a hurry, no messing around. They never pressure me when I browse the new vehicles, looking for a car for my wife, they take the time to run off 5 or 6 different models and configurations, and never squeeze me to make a decision. I live in Milford, and I make a point of always, ALWAYS driving over to Framingham for service, because they always treat me right, every single time, whether I have an appointment or not. Great job! John and Brendan worked very hard to get us what we wanted. I went in with some ideas in my head, but was not totally sure what exactly I wanted/needed in my new car. Even when I flip-flopped on colors and specs, they kept searching for a Suburban for me. They did not try to sell us something that might have been more "convenient" for them to sell.
