This was our first time working with this dealership. They were great to work with. When we entered the dealership we were greeted and asked if we might need any assistance. We were introduced to John Gould, Sales Representative. John was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Chevrolet products. We were interested in the “Pull Ahead” program as we had a lease coming to maturity. We also wanted to review the various financing options available to us. We ended up buying opposed to leasing this time. John was great throughout this process. Rodrigo Roa, Sales Manager, facilitated keeping the process moving while introducing us to the services available at the dealership. The people were very friendly, the facility was spotless and we have a new Chevy. All in all, a very fine car buying experience. More

I had a great experience with John Gould and all the folks at Herb Connoly Chevy. When I went in, I was greeted promptly. Obviously he's a salesman, but I felt he was trying to sell a relationship with the dealership more than one quick car sale. I appreciated that and had a sense from everyone that they are proud of where they work and are united in the interest of protecting that pride with integrity and service. I appreciate knowing that the dealership has been around a long time. When I sat at John's desk I was able to read other reviews of his work and I liked that- they were all positive. John worked with me on the details and didn't mind explaining things again, or in a different way. The only reason I put good instead of great under customer service is because once the sale was complete, I felt like the waiting around increased and the attention decreased just a bit. However, while honest, this is very minor. More

They answer all my questions and advise me on what my truck needs for service. My background when I was younger includes many years of building, upgrading and repairing cars and Trucks - professionally and later as a hobby. When I speak to your service people (they are not aware of this background) they explain in understandable clear detail what needs to be done. They ask pertinent questions to get at the root problem. I assume this is how they treat all of their customers. Keep up the good work CC More

An friendly voice gave me reassurance that my car would be picked-up at the college campus. I began my exam with relief, and passed. I picked up my car the following morning.
