This dealership had by far the most wonderful customer service department that I have ever encountered. I had trouble with my car on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called and was told to bring service department that I have ever encountered. I had trouble with my car on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I called and was told to bring the car down and they would shuttle me home. I was greeted by Jay Martin who knew me by name as I walked into the garage. I was escorted to a waiting area that was clean and inviting and has wonderful coffee. Joe the shuttle driver graciously drove me home and my car was completed that afternoon. I have never had any complaints with this dealership. I purchased my Suburban from them ten years ago and I have never had such complete satisfaction from any other dealership. We were not planning on buying a car until next year but the old one couldn't make it so were under the gun to find a new one.
