I enjoyed the ease of use of scheduling online and the friendliness of the service advisors. the prices are somewhat competetive, compared to other dealers and lube shops. This was our third trip to Herb Connolly for the purpose of buying a vehicle. The first time we purchased a new 2000 Impala, the second was a pre-owned 2003 Buick Century, and this time we chose a 2009 Impa of buying a vehicle. We had decided on an Impala because of the reliable service we had experienced from our 2000 car. We informed ourselves of the available inventory in this regard and knew what we wanted before making our first visit. On our first visit we made a deal for the car we wanted. Not only was the process expedited for me by Mr. Wells (and the dealership loaned me substitute transportation until the transaction was completed), but the whole transaction was as smooth and hassle-free as it could possibly be. I started using the Herb Connolly dealership when it was Herb Connolly Buick on the advice of a friend about twenty years ago. Therefore I was greatly dissapointed when the Buick dealership was transferred to another dealer which I tried on the occasion of a couple of a couple of emgencies to my great dissapointment. I returned to Connolly Chevrolet and have remained a satisfied customer to the present time. I have purchased two Impalas (2000 and 2005) and two Cavalliers (2002 and 2006)and have had all on my service done at Connolly Chevrolet including body work. I will probably be purchasing a Chevrolet hybrid in a year or so and and thru Barry Glimpsher whose style of salesmanship I particularly like (low key, but etemely competent and always friendly and helpful). Dealing with John Gould was by far the best sales experience I've ever had in buying a car. John is very knowledgable about the vehicles, did "whatever it takes" to find me the exact car for which I experience I've ever had in buying a car. He is friendly and interacts with you as a "real person", instead of treating the customer as an object of stereotypical sales techniques. I have purchased Buicks from Herb Connolly going back 20 years or so and have continued to service my cars (2) there for the past few years since they acquired Long Automotive which sold Buicks. They are very reliable, with the Service Department still headed up by Justin Brown,the same Service Manager employed by Connolly for 20 years+. John Cochetti and Jay in the Service Department are always available for assistance and respond quickly to my car servicing needs. The customer service shuttle service is also excellent and the drivers are very friendly. My wife and I have used this service a couple of times. Connolly Chevrolet takes care of my service needs timely,with reliability and with honesty when suggesting required services. Their pricing for services and parts also appear to be very competitive. I have also purchased tires from Connolly. If their service wasn't grest, I would be servicing my Buicks elsewhere not at a Chevy Dealer. More

I never got a chance to tell anyone about my sales experience. Paul S (I think his last name started with S) was excellent ! He was never pushy but agressive just enough. I have told others to go to Herb Connolly if they are looking for a new car. And I hope they have the luck to work with Paul. I bought my car last January so my memory isn't that great but I think his last nice was Santini or something like that. I also just had my car in for the first oil change. My experience there was fine. The asst service manager answered all my questions, even those that might have seemed stupid !! More

My last visit on 6-5 was very positive, I did not feel I was being pressured to have the work done. I did have the ignition coil and plug wires replaced and I am very happy with my cars performance right n was being pressured to have the work done.
