A very professional dealership. Always a new loaner vehicle available while your car is being serviced. Service Advisors very friendly and knowledgeable. I stated that car was sounding somewhat loud vehicle available while your car is being serviced. Service Advisors very friendly and knowledgeable. I stated that car was sounding somewhat louder. They found the flexible exhaust piece had a leak. I was contacted by Peter that they had the replacement part and quote to replace. When I got back he said they were able to save me $200 off the quote which I appreciated. More

The sales person - Jason was the worst sales person I’ve ever had in my experience buying cars. No follow through and poor communication skills. He was also not very familiar with the car features. I’ve bought many cars at other Herb Chambers locations and had excellent experiences. Even the sales manager was terrible. After waiting at home for 2 days for the car to be delivered, I finally received it on the 3rd day. The sales manager offered me a Volvo hat for giving up 2 days of my time. What an insulting action. I would never go back. More
