Had a great experience with the General Manager who was very Patient and answered my questions on the phone in advance of my visit. Then he set us up with Patti who made many cars available to us to test very Patient and answered my questions on the phone in advance of my visit. Then he set us up with Patti who made many cars available to us to test drive and there was no Pressure to rush back. She had us look at the different models and asked us about our needs. And explained all the features. Then she sifted thru her inventory and found the car that checked all our boxes and it’s a beauty. She made it easy and took care of all the paperwork. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever experienced. More

I had a sudden brake “grinding” issue. They took my car the next morning, diagnosed and fixed the issue the same morning. My usual Vovlo dealer said they could not help me for 2 weeks. The service departme the next morning, diagnosed and fixed the issue the same morning. My usual Vovlo dealer said they could not help me for 2 weeks. The service department was clean, courteous and professional. Most importantly they helped me when it was urgent and becoming unsafe to drive my car. I’ll be coming back to Herb Chambers Volvo! More
