I went to about 4 dealers wanting to check out potential cars and each one just brushed me off and treated me like a child. It was so refreshing when I walked in and spoke to Steven in sales. He didn’t just sit me down and immediately ask if I have enough money to buy one or ask if I’m just here to waste time. Steven treated me with absolute respect.I 100% am going to buy another Volvo from him! A massive thank you to Niko for being such an accommodating and respectful manager. It’s super refreshing to see a manager that isn’t crabby or miserable! Also another big thank you to Vadim! I just bought a used Volvo and took it to Herb Chambers Volvo in Norwood to buy some license plate brackets and have my car inspected. Paul is absolutely great and I am very happy to know that there is a truly knowledgeable and honest service team so close to home. I spent so much less than I was expecting to during my visit, while getting much better service than I was expecting (they ended up installing the brackets AND washing my car). It makes me even happier with my recent car purchase knowing that I have such a trustworthy and kind team backing me if anything were to go wrong with my car.
