Richard was instrumental in making this an easy process. I had asked him for a particular color/feature combination, and he found the exact vehicle for me in just a few days. He then followed-up with phone calls and emails to keep me up to date throughout the process. Unlike some of the other dealerships I had visited over the past few weeks, I didn't get the same high-pressure sales approach and Richard treated me with the utmost respect. He valued my time and made me feel like I was his only customer. Honestly, it couldn't have been a more pleasant car-buying experience, and I want you to know that Richard is a true asset to your group. I received a factory recall from Toyota and scheduled an appoinment with Toyota Of Boston. Normally, I do not go to the dealer and was pleasantly surprised by the professional atmoshpere at this dealership appoinment with Toyota Of Boston. They took care of the recall, did a safety inspection, and informed me that everything was fine with my Toyota. They indicated that my brakes may need some attention in about 5,000 miles and they would follow up with me in the future. It was not what I expected of a dealership. I will go back when I need service. More
