Had the pleasure to work with Jennifer yesterday for my scheduled oil change.Even without an appointment she made the necessary adjustments for completion. Upon which I found my hood did not close and latc scheduled oil change.Even without an appointment she made the necessary adjustments for completion. Had an oil change done yesterday they did not change the sticker on the window it still says 11:24 not sure if they even did the oil change also they were supposed to do a state inspection sticker and I lef sticker on the window it still says 11:24 not sure if they even did the oil change also they were supposed to do a state inspection sticker and I left the registration on the dash and noticed that that was not done either kind of this was my last service time from this dealership disappointed More
