I’m a new customer at Herb Chambers and I’m very impressed with the service. Got an appointment right away and the wait was very comfortable. They showed me a video of the issue and got it fixed rig impressed with the service. Got an appointment right away and the wait was very comfortable. It’s easy to make an online appointment, and I appreciate the reminder text. I am always greeted promptly and advised of services my car may need along with estimates Honestly, I can get maintenance comple the reminder text. I am always greeted promptly and advised of services my car may need along with estimates Honestly, I can get maintenance completed for cheaper elsewhere. (Quoted $817 for front brakes!) It is a good thing my vehicle is equipped with safety sensors, as the hood was not properly latched after service. Once I reached speed after exiting parking lot, I was alerted to the issue on my dash, and I pulled over safely in a parking lot and was able to press the hood closed. More
